Powder-coating

ABL’s commitment to a one stop shop includes the provision of a powder coat facility. Components of up to 6 metres can be painted with all RAL colours, including translucents, being available.

We powdercoat or paint aluminium extrusion, sheet, components, castings, flashings and pressings for a wide range of market sectors – many demanding the highest possible surface finish.

ABL deals with the UK’s and Europe’s leading suppliers of powder, ensuring a huge range of different finishes can be provided and allowing us to hold the appropriate accreditation to coat using their powders under licence. Our pre-treatment process, typically alocrom 1200, is specified by the MOD and aerospace industries – showing the exacting quality levels we meet on a consistent basis.
